Imperial Roman Earth II is actually on Celtic Earth which should be henceforth known as CELTIC-ROMAN Earth. Imperial Roman Earth II on Celtic Earth controls Southern Europe and Eastern Europe and Africa and the Middle East as well as South America . The Celts control Germanic Areas, Scandinavia, the (British OTL) Isles , Ireland, Greenland, Iceland, and the Eastern half of North America from the Borders of the Mayan Federation to the Arctic circle and west to the Mississippi and Missouri Rivers.
The Celts and Romans have been at Peace for roughly 5 centuries since Celtic longboats discovered North America. The Slow boats and the lack of motorizations means settlement is slow, unlike settlers from other timelines, the Romans who went to South America were much cleaner and did not have many diseases.

What the ITA knows and the Celts do not, is that the Chinese hold the Western Portions of North America and Australia . CoC reps believe the Celts and the Chinese will meet within the next year or two.
